I'm a photographer, web developer, web designer, and psychology undergraduate student in Terre Haute, Indiana. Sometimes people think these don't mix, but I disagree. I buck convention, throw out normality, and don't hesitate to say what I'm thinking, when I want, to whoever I want, regardless of the consequences. I believe that being honest is the most important thing. I will not be fake, lie, or change myself to make you or anyone else look better. If I'm working for you I'll do the best job I possibly can. I won't cheat you, I won't scam you. I'll be honest, tell you what I think, no matter what. I'm not the walk-in-line, yes-man type of guy. I accept advice and help when it's offered, and ask for it often, because I'm not so egotistical to think that I know everything. I won't tell you that you look fine if you have a stain on your shirt. I'll tell you about the stain, because I'd want you to tell me. If I don't like your idea, I'll give you constructive criticism, because that's what I'd want. Of course, I'll let you know when I like your ideas. I support Barack Obama, because we need hope not fear in this world. I love hearing other people's opinions, especially when they're different from mine. It's how you learn new things. I will not push my views on you, but I'll be happy to discuss them with you. Intellectual conversations turn me on. I love movies, especially older ones. Reservoir Dogs and Donnie Darko are probably my two favorite movies. Death of a Salesman is a close third. Music keeps me sane, from Nine Inch Nails to Snow Patrol to BEP, and everything in between and all over the place. I don't discriminate based on genre. People who say things like "anything but country" are usually narrow minded, because in reality they only listen to the most popular thing (prove me wrong). I use Macs, because they let me get my work done and have fun at the same time. However, I'm not a Mac zealot, I recognize benefits of other platforms, and I use Windows too, because I've got to have my games. I shoot with Canon and Leica. I work late at night and early in the morning. I love autumn nights. I'm available any time, for any reason. I love Jones' Green Apple soda, it's the bomb. I support small businesses whenever possible, because I know how hard it is to keep one going. It's not how much money you have, it's what you do with it that counts. Friends are everything. I don't wait around. I seize every moment. I like rain. I recycle. I'll listen when you need me to, if you'll do the same. I love cappuccino and hot tea. Coffee foam art rocks. VW is sexy, but Porsche is sexier, and the Tesla guys are just fucking brilliant. Small bugs scare me. I don't like basements. I always think there's a monster in the pool, and a snake in the toilet. I'd like to eat a scorpion sometime, just for the hell of it. I love xkcd, especially this one. I want to travel the world, and photograph it. I wish there was no war, but I wish I was a special ops guy. I hate swat teams. Music should be free, but it isn't so I'll pay for it. Psychology fascinates me. art makes life interesting. Walking on a cool autumn night is bliss. I support planned parenthood, I do not support abstinence for god. I love black and white photos. I'm a filthy procrastinator. I try to eat as organically as possible. I'm an environmentalist (but not a crazy one). This manifesto is subject to change, at any time, at my will, because If you can't change your mind about stuff you can't learn. I want to change the world. Life is only worthwhile if you do something with it. You can call me a bohemian. I call me me. Finding beauty in the weirdest places is my passion, it's what
drives me.
